Teaching faculty
A three-day intensive that treats negotiation as a preparable, structured discipline rather than an inherited talent.
The course is built for executives who negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, and internal resource decisions where the outcome carries material consequence. Teaching is simulation-led throughout.
- Structured preparation: interests, alternatives, and reservation points
- Building and recognising leverage across multi-party negotiations
- Managing pressure, deadlock, and the deliberate use of silence
- Negotiating internally, where the relationship outlasts the agreement
Every simulation is recorded and reviewed with faculty. Participants leave with a documented assessment of their own negotiating pattern and a preparation framework they can apply immediately.
