Academic leadership
A twelve-week executive programme that builds the strategic judgement senior leaders need when the decision is theirs to make and the evidence is incomplete.
The programme is designed for executives moving from functional leadership into enterprise-wide responsibility. Teaching combines live case work, peer challenge, and individual coaching, drawn from our faculty of practising strategists and former operators.
- Market structure, competitive position, and where advantage actually comes from
- Strategic choice under constraint, including what to stop doing
- Translating strategy into operating decisions the organisation can act on
- Leading the conversation with boards, investors, and executive peers
Every participant completes a capstone applied to their own organisation, reviewed individually by faculty. The work is assessed for the quality of the reasoning, not the polish of the presentation.
