Teaching faculty
A sixteen-week programme for executives accountable for change that has to hold long after the launch communications are forgotten.
The programme is built for leaders running transformation across functions, regions, or an entire organisation. Teaching draws on faculty who have led change at scale and on the documented record of what failed as much as what worked.
- Diagnosis: separating the stated problem from the structural one
- Sequencing change so early wins fund the harder decisions later
- Building and holding a coalition through the inevitable resistance
- Operating discipline: measurement, governance, and knowing when to stop
Each participant brings a live transformation from their own organisation. Progress is reviewed with faculty at each residential block, and the final review assesses what actually changed.
