Hoffman

Clara Hoffman is Skolar's Director of Programmes, responsible for curriculum design, assessment methodology, and the quality of teaching across every course the academy runs. She joined in 2019 from a decade in executive education design.

Clara studied at the University of Chicago and completed doctoral work in learning assessment. She built the academy's assessment framework, which evaluates participants on documented reasoning rather than outcome, and she reviews faculty feedback on every cohort.
