Marcus Reed designed and leads the Decision Intelligence programme. He joined Skolar in 2021 after nine years working in forecasting and decision science, including four years building forecasting capability inside a large insurer.
Marcus studied at the University of Michigan and completed graduate work in decision science at Northwestern. He introduced the decision journal that participants maintain throughout the programme, and he reviews calibration against outcomes personally for every cohort.
