Grace Whitfield leads Skolar's transformation teaching and designed the Leading Transformation programme. She joined the academy in 2019 after fourteen years running change programmes across consumer and retail organisations in the UK and United States.

Grace studied at the University of Cambridge and completed an MBA at MIT Sloan. Her teaching draws as heavily on transformations that failed as on those that worked, on the grounds that the failures are better documented and more instructive.
