
Daniel Okafor
Lead Faculty, Negotiation
Daniel Okafor leads Skolar's negotiation and decision teaching. He joined the academy in 2018 after sixteen years in commercial leadership, including seven years negotiating infrastructure agreements across West Africa and Europe.
Daniel studied at the University of Oxford and INSEAD. He designed the Executive Negotiation intensive around recorded simulation because, in his experience, executives consistently misjudge their own negotiating behaviour until they watch it back.
