Helena Brandt
Founder & Academic Director
Helena Brandt founded Skolar in 2011 after two decades running strategy and operations at scale, most recently as chief executive of a European industrial group. She teaches on Strategic Leadership and leads the academy's academic direction.
Helena studied economics at the University of Vienna and completed an MBA at IMD. She sits on two supervisory boards and continues to advise executive teams on strategy, which she regards as necessary: teaching strategy while no longer practising it produces exactly the kind of faculty Skolar was founded to avoid.
