Skolar works with executives who have moved beyond functional leadership and now carry responsibility across an entire organisation. Our programmes for this group address the shift that makes the role difficult: decisions become less about expertise and more about judgement, sequencing, and the ability to hold a position when the evidence is incomplete.
- Strategic Leadership, for executives setting direction across an enterprise
- Leading Transformation, for those accountable for change at scale
- Decision Intelligence, for leaders deciding under time pressure
- Executive Negotiation, for agreements that carry material consequence
Teaching built on live work
Every programme at this level requires participants to bring live work from their own organisation. Case studies are drawn from the sectors our participants actually operate in, and faculty are practising strategists and former operators rather than career academics.
Cohorts that challenge
Cohorts are capped and deliberately mixed across sectors. The most valuable challenge in the room usually comes from a peer who has faced the same structural problem in an entirely different industry. Faculty design sessions to make that exchange happen rather than leaving it to chance.
Assessment on reasoning
Work is assessed on the quality of the thinking rather than the polish of the presentation. Participants receive individual written feedback from faculty, and capstone reviews are conducted one to one.
What graduates report
The most common feedback is not new frameworks but greater confidence in holding a position under pressure. Participants describe arriving at decisions faster and defending them more clearly to boards and investors.
